Presale orders have been shipping. YAY!

If you haven’t received a notification you may have missed your shipping invoice sent to you via PayPal. Shipping wasn’t included in Presale so do contact us at info@skimdo.com if you can’t find your invoice in your inbox.

Parcels are subject to take longer if mail handlers and carriers are understaffed and local customs are backlogged. This is a hazard of the pandemic, however you can track the whereabouts of your parcel using your tracking number. Please do contact us at info@skimdo.com if your local customs office requests a local tracking number, which we will aim to retrieve for you as soon as we can.

Australia + New Zealand Presale Orders

USPS are not shipping to Australia or New Zealand due to the pandemic. We are sending your orders to the UK to be shipped to you from there. We will notify you with a tracking number once they have been picked up by Royal Mail. If you want your parcel expedited with DHL please email info@skimdo.com so we can facilitate this for you.

We are deeply grateful for your support this year, and even though it has been a “slow juicer”, it has informed us of how we are able to streamline our supply chain so we may recover as a more efficient and faster service for all of our wonderful customers.

You may or may not have read on our Instagram that we will have a holiday store for a weekend this December 2021 in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, NY.

It has been a dream to meet as many of you as we can, play with the product, and show you our new product launch. It’s going to be fun and merry so watch this space, follow us on Instagram or sign up to our mailing list on the home page. We are looking forward to wrapping up 2021 with fuller hearts.
